• Full-time warehouse staff
• High-Security padlocks
• Container locks made from hardened steel to use together with the padlock

We are always looking to improve the security to keep your belongings safe.

8ft Container
Suitable for contents of a transit van or selected contents of a small flat. Holds 4 Euro pallets.

10ft Container
Suitable for contents of a large Luton van or selected contents from a 1-2 bedroom house. Holds 6 Euro pallets.

20ft Container
This is a standard 20ft shipping container, it is suitable for a load from a 10 ton lorry or box van or selected contents from a 2-3 bedroom house. Holds 12 Euro pallets.

If none of the above are suitable, please enquire about alternative storage inside our warehouse.

All rates are weekly and subject to VAT, minimum hire term is 4 weeks.

Deposit
4 weeks rental excluding VAT

Insurance
Insurance can be arranged though either your own home contents insurer or we can recommend a third party insurer.

Padlocks
Padlocks are for sale at £10 plus VAT
You are welcome to use your own padlock.

Labour/Forklift Assistance
Available at £35 plus VAT per hour, minimum charge 0.5 hours.

Packaging

We offer for sale second-hand packing cartons of various sizes. We can also sell brand new, high-quality materials including:

• packing cartons of various sizes both new and second hand
• sofa and mattress covers
• knives, tape and padlocks
• bubble wrap
• tissue paper
• woollen blankets

Hints & Tips

• Visit our facility or telephone to reserve a unit and to avoid last minute disappointment
• Make a list of what you intend to store
• Clearly label and list the cartons for easy reference
• Leave enough air space between the unit wall and your effects to aid ventilation
• It is advisable to leave a walkway to the rear of your unit for easy access
• Ensure fridges and freezers are defrosted and thoroughly and dry before storing, and drain all water from washing machines and dishwashers
• Place the most frequently used items near the front of your container, with heavier items on the bottom and lighter or more fragile items on the top
• Do not bubble wrap soft furnishings or electrical equipment as condensation inside the wrapping can occur.
